May 16 – June 30
Artist Reception, June 7th, 6-8
Book Signing June 9th, 6-8

A picture is worth a thousand words is the focus of this show. Dirck Halstead and Tammy Cromer-Campbell both use the camera to document the history of tomorrow; however this is where the commonalities end.

Come meet the artists during the Artists Reception during First Thursday’s Art Walk on Thursday, June 7th from 6pm - 8pm. Also join us for a special event on Saturday, June 9th, in Benham’s new lecture gallery to hear Dirck’s stories behind the images from “Moments in Time,” and find out how technology is changing how photojournalism is seen today.

Tammy with will also be sharing her experiences on creating the photo essay, “Fruit of the Orchard” which
was sponsored by the Blue Earth Alliance and was published as a book by University of North Texas Press. "Fruit of the Orchard" addresses the social consequences of economic change and examines the effects of modern technology on the human condition.
