April 3rd through May 13th, 2000 Benham Gallery will exhibit work
by
Frank Dituri, Emilio Baracco and Geno Rodriguez.
In our main gallery Benham Gallery brings work from resident artist,
Frank Dituri. Frank Dituri is a resident of New York City and a native of
Italy.
He will be exhibiting new work in a panoramic format of his unique
interpretation of the country side in Italy, the country of his
boyhood.
Dituri has exhibited and is in collections worldwide, including Italy,
China and Japan.

Emilio Baracco is one of Padova, Italy's most famous artists and will
incorporate a few of Frank Dituri's photographs by directly applying
his
painter like skills onto the photographs. As an educator and artist,
Emilio's art work can be found in public and private collections
throughout
Europe and the United States. We will also exhibit his etchings,
watercolors and sculptures.

The third artist, Geno Rodriguez is the founder of the Alternative
Museum
in New York City, and museum director for the last 25 years. His art
is
influenced by his extensive experience with other artists, his cultural
and
social background, and his travels. His color photographs explore the
relationships of the human form, painting and sculpture.

Opening reception will be held on First Thursday,
6 April 2000 from 6pm - 8pm
